Saturday CHAMPS (Launching March 2026)

Our Saturday Program, Saturday CHAMPS is designed to inspire Kalamazoo youth ages 10–16 to prioritize health, wellness, and fitness while building confidence and discipline. Each session will include hands-on activities, mentorship, and group training focused on physical conditioning and healthy habits. Every participant will receive the “CHAMPS Starter Kit”, a branded duffle bag filled with a CHAMPSDen t-shirt, jump rope, hand wraps, and gloves to get them fully equipped. Students will also earn CPR certification, and those interested in taking their training to the next level will gain access to our weekday boxing training program to prepare for amateur or professional competition

Those interested in pursuing boxing at a competitive level will have access to continued weekday training and guidance, while all participants will receive the CHAMPS Starter Kit, symbolizing their commitment and progress as they take their first steps toward becoming champions.

PERSONAL TRAINING
